Terms of service

CustomMail provides hosted email, custom domains, and routing. Plans purchased directly from CustomMail cost $5 USD per month; applicable tax is shown at checkout. App Store subscriptions use the price and currency displayed by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the provider that bills you.

Responsible use

You must own or have permission to use connected domains. Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, malware, illegal content, or messages that violate others’ rights. Sending and storage limits protect service availability. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or fail to pay.

Domain purchases

New domain registrations are a separate, one-time payment for the first year at the price shown before checkout. They are not included in your monthly email subscription. Automatic domain renewal is off. Current renewal prices are informational and may change. Contact support before your registration expires to arrange renewal or transfer.

You authorize Custommail to register the domain on your behalf using your accurate registrant contact details and agree to the Cloudflare Domain Registration Agreement. Successfully completed domain registrations are nonrefundable. If registration cannot be completed, the domain payment is refunded. Canceling your email plan or disconnecting a domain does not cancel its registration.

Your subscription

For direct subscriptions, manage payments and cancellation in the CustomMail billing portal. For App Store subscriptions, manage or cancel in Apple subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect according to the date displayed by your billing provider. Deleting your CustomMail account does not cancel billing through Apple. Delivery depends on DNS, recipient systems, and service availability. Keep an independent copy of critical information.
